I created this way in May I would not do for the moment no tutorial because the code is not perfect, I am still using in php

It's cool, but may be confusing to someone who doesn't know their own countries states, etc. But nice work, perhaps an ajax tooltip would be awesome to add as well, but if it gives you traffic, by all means, awesome!
