Hey Guys,
 
I am searching for a mod that I am sure I saw at some point in the past. The concept was this. If I as a member of my site wanted to check out the appearance tab of profile of a user but I have not completed the appearance tab of my own profile, I would get a message saying, "Not fair, complete yours first" kinda thing.
