How to seperate gallery images

Hi guys,

Basically, what I want - is to have a kind of "public gallery" of other photos (not member photos, but for example, other photos from the web) that would be uploaded by a specific user that I create.

However, I would want these photos to show separately from the standard member photos in the picture gallery. How can I do this?

I have 2 ideas myself, but don't know if they're possible:

1 - Create a new category for these other photos, but I don't think VLD has the option for photo categories?

2 - Don't include the photos in the public gallery, but instead members will have to visit the profile I created to upload them, and view the pictures through that profiles albums. However - don't know if this is possible to exclude photos from the gallery?

Any other ideas or help will be much appreciated :)

Thanks in advance.
