Yes, you can safely integrate a WYSIWYG editor on your VLD front and backend.
So users can start posting movies, images, and formated text into their blogs.
 
Also you can layout your newsletters yourselve from now on and send HTML email and private messages in HTML.

I really think the wink system could use some improvements.
So I started looking and found this nice solution.
 
Integrate the code from Dynamic Drive with DIV and you're set.

Replace the wink code at member_profile.tpl with the link from Dynamic drive (should look something like this:
 

And create a DIV with a table with all your winks in it (see screenshot). Put a link on your winks text or image (if you have the image mod in the quick messages).

We could use better system to track the users by their IP and cookies.
It would be great if we could see with wich IP a user loged in, what cookie etc,...
This because of spam reasons...
 
Does any of you know of an external service that can track such things?
I use statcounter.com for statistics, but could use a more detailed version wich is linked in the admin... View Comments & Reply...

It seems there's again not much action at the VLD forum, so I try here ;-)
 
Since I'm using 2.5.3, I would like to use the new chat from 2.5.6.
Because of an unknown error my chat is not working, so really be happy to see this new chat working.
I really LOVE the new chat function ! smile
But my site is at many points changed (includes) so it's impossible to upgrade without problems.
 
What files can I replace to get this chat working?
I asume I can take those from the includes folder from the upgrade zip?
