Yahoo Search Operators

I focus on google when trying to get my site ranked high in search engines, but I like to use yahoo for checking out my competition and other SEO factors.
 
Here are some yahoo search operators that you may find handy. To use them, just type the operator in yahoo search field.
 
1. intitle:keyword - Find the search word in the title
 
2. allintitle:keyword keyword - Find two or more words appear in the title
 
3. intitle:"keyword phrase" - Use to search for a phrase in the title
 
4. site:www.filipina-lady.net - shows all pages of a site indexed by yahoo
 
5. lady site:www.filipina-lady.net - Use to search for the word lady on this site. To use change lady to the keyword you want and the domain URL to what you want (note: do not use http:// with domain).
 
6. allinurl:lady - Will search for all URLs that have lady as part of its URL. Note: change lady to the keyword you want.
 
7. link:http://www.filipina-lady.net - finds pages that link to filipina-lady.net (note: you must include the http://). Note: change the domain to what you want.

Yes, you are right ramil. Google could care less about meta tags between the head tag. When it comes to onsite SEO, I still cover all the bases. Google is always changing their algorithm so what may work this month, may not next month.
 
One thing that has been pretty consistent for off-site SEO is getting good quality links. The weight of those links may vary over time, but usually links are still the main stay of off-site SEO. I use the above yahoo operators to help me find good links. Of course, you still need to provide good anchor text in your links if you want to be ranked well for a keyword.

Though I heard that Google less and less pays his attention to urls, meta tags (keywords, description), preferring real content. Thus <h1> header at the start of your page would get more points than url and meta tags together. Those are just my thoughts.
