Ramil does it again. He added a little mod that helps with my site bounce rate. Let me explain.
 
There are probably three broad goals that each site try to achieve:
 
1. Get new members - a lot of SEO and marketing work is done to accomplish this.
 
2. Keep visitors on the site as long as possible - how quickly a member leaves your site is known as your bounce rate. If they visit your site and leave in 5 seconds, that's not good. The longer a visitor sticks around your site, the more likely they will buy, join or click an ad (adsense users). The new Drop Down Criteria Mod helps to accomplish the goal of keeping visitors on your site longer
 
3. Keep members coming back - in most cases members come back to check out new members, contact other members, to update their status (status mod), to read their messages, etc.
 
Ramil's dropdown criteria mod helps me accomplish step #2 above.
